Before You Write an Offer

Clear terms. Full transparency. Confident decisions.

At some point in your home search, you may decide you would like representation. When you do, we formalize that through a Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement.

This is simply the step where we define how I work for you.

The Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement outlines the key terms of our working relationship, including the type of property you are looking for, the areas we are focusing on, the agreed compensation, and the length of the agreement—up to 90 days.

All terms, including compensation, are fully negotiable.

We will walk through:

  • How I represent your interests
  • How compensation works
  • What you can expect at each stage

Everything is discussed together, clearly and upfront.

No pressure. No confusion. Just informed decisions.

Representation is not something we rush into.
We take this step when it makes sense for you.

The Final Edit:

When trust is established, this step makes sense.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

Why Talk to an Agent Before You Are Ready to Sell?

Because clarity often comes before the decision.
